How it works
For customers
- Create a service request for free
- You can be contacted by up to 5 providers in the relevant service area.
For providers
- Subscribe to one of our plans monthly or annually.
- Access requests in your professional area and region. The contact details of a request can be viewed by up to 5 providers.
- All payments are processed through Stripe and already include VAT.
The lifecycle of a request on Servtio
From request to contact — with simple rules to protect customers and providers.
1) The customer creates a request
The customer creates a request in a specific service area, describes what they need, and provides contact details.
2) The service provider views the request and contact details
A provider with an active subscription in that area can click “View details” if the request is of interest and obtain the client’s contact details.
3) Visibility rules
After 5 providers view the contact details, the request stops appearing in the requests list.
Automatic request follow-up
- If the customer doesn’t mark the request as resolved, after 3 days they receive an email to mark it as resolved or recreate the request.
- If nothing is done, after 14 days the request is considered expired.
